I am Samuel Light, the founder and artisan behind The Craft of Wood. I was born in Rhode Island and raised by parents who taught me to love the forest and the ocean, and all the people in between. We are at a crossroads where our actions, industrialization, and proliferation, have begun to change the Earth. While we cannot turn back the clock of industrialization, we are poised to pivot and re-nurture this planet as people find the importance in our environment. One purpose of this endeavor is to remind our generation of the possibility of a healthier future.
